About

An engineering company, first.

enhanceit. is an independent consultancy that designs, automates, modernizes and operates the infrastructure software runs on. Not an outsourcing agency, not IT support: engineers who take on hard infrastructure problems and leave them in better shape.

Position

We take on problems where careful design changes the outcome: a migration that has stalled, a platform nobody adopted, a pipeline the team is afraid to touch. The work happens in your systems, next to your engineers, and stays there when we step back.

How we think

What shapes the work.

  • 01

    Deep specialization

Cloud infrastructure, delivery, platforms and reliability. A narrow focus is what makes deep expertise possible.

  • 02

    Pragmatic engineering

The right answer depends on your constraints. We look for the simplest design that solves the real problem, and say so when a problem does not need us.

  • 03

    Reliability by design

We assume components will fail and design so that failures are contained, visible and recoverable.

  • 04

    Deliberate automation

We automate what is frequent, slow or error-prone, test the automation like any other code, and leave the rest simple.

  • 05

    Maintainability

Clever solutions age badly. Clear structure, good defaults and documentation that lives next to the code age well.

  • 06

    Long-term thinking

Decisions are recorded with their reasons, so the people who run the system in three years understand why it looks the way it does.

Direct collaboration

You work with the engineers doing the work.

There are no layers of account management between you and the people designing and building your systems. The engineer in the first conversation is the engineer reviewing your architecture and writing the code.

That keeps communication short, decisions informed and accountability clear.

  • Technical conversations from the first call
  • Shared channels with your engineering team
  • Work delivered in your repositories, reviewed like any other change
  • Knowledge transfer built into the engagement

Working together

What you can expect.

  • Clear scope

A written understanding of the problem, the intended outcome and how we will know it is done.

  • Visible progress

Work lands incrementally in your systems, so progress is something you can see and review.

  • Ownership transfer

Documentation, runbooks and pairing so your team owns the result when the engagement ends.
